Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact to "Wow" our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enabling on-time and accurate manufacturing and delivery of customer orders. This role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting overall business operations.

Knowledge of working in a manufacturing environment with strong ERP business systems experience required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

* Develops and maintains rapport with customers and works to provide the best possible service
* Audits purchase order for price, part number, revision level, shipping locations, and other details
* Processes and enters purchase order information into business system
* Communicates with customers and sales representatives regarding new order delivery information, change orders, pricing information, and status of open orders
* Collaborates with production control, production manager, quality assurance, and engineering personnel to solve customer concerns
* Works in customer web-based portals to retrieve orders and forecasts
* Provides pricing adjustments and proposals for production items as needed
* Initiates company response on customer quality concerns
* Assists on appropriate additional assignments as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3+ years experience in customer service, manufacturing strongly preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to lead meetings with internal and external customers
* Competent in Microsoft Office suite of applications; Excel experience a plus
* Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software desired
