Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to ensure
customers derive value from their software investment and identify
growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive activities that enhance brand awareness, product presence,
and user adoption
Provide exceptional support and training to ensure customer
satisfaction and value realization
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts for
revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related
field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account
Management roles
Proven track record of meeting retention goals and customer
satisfaction metrics
Experience with BI, CRM, or ERP software products
Familiarity with financial planning, accounting, or financial
modeling
