Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to
join their team in Downtown Chicago. In this role, you will be
responsible for key initiatives that will help drive the growth of
business in North America and will have ownership in the success of
business against set performance goals. The key responsibilities
will include identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads from cold
calling efforts and managing own funnel to drive opportunities
through closure.
Responsibilities
? Own the lead qualification process, assigning opportunities to
the right owners based on pre-defining criteria and managing own
funnel of opportunities through closure
? Drive cold calling efforts in order to proactively identify new
leads and opportunities that will help achieve overall growth
targets
? Support Territory Managers with internal coordination of quote
requests, order status and other key requests
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree
? 3+ years of experience in a sales role
? Experience interacting with external customers either in person
or over the phone
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to multi task and manage multiple ongoing projects
? Self-starter who engages themselves fully in their
responsibilities
