Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to provide
support to preferred clients and field team members regarding
sample processing.
Key Responsibilities
Streamline outgoing requests and provide timely support to
clients
Respond to field team inquiries and document client
interactions
Monitor order statuses and provide analytical reports to clients
and Account Executives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a relevant field
High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree
preferred
Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory
administration is preferred
Experience in customer service is advantageous
