Job Description:
A company is looking for a Grievance & Appeals Specialist II
with NSA experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and track appeals for clinical review and validate
submissions daily
Attend Appeals Committee meetings and document outcomes in the
system
Process various types of appeals and ensure resolution within
regulatory timeframes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree
preferred
Minimum of two years of healthcare customer service or related
experience required
Experience with claims and compliance is essential
Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid is
preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary
