Job Description:
A company is looking for an End User Compute Lead to manage and
support end-user devices for a mid-size business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of
laptops, desktops, and iPads for over 7,000 employees
Implement and maintain effective asset management processes in line
with ITIL and ITSM best practices
Oversee the relationship with a third-party Managed Service
Provider (MSP) for device provisioning and support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years
focused on managing end-user compute devices
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device
management
Hands-on experience with asset management and procurement of
hardware
Strong understanding of Windows and macOS device management,
including patching and configuration
