Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to
facilitate an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain hiring requisition data
Act as a point of contact for new and backfill request/approval
processes
Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process
hiring requisitions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a related fast-paced field
Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) - 3+ years
Experience working with recruiting systems and processes
Prior experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential
information
