Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist (Remote) to assist
financial institutions and government agencies with asset
verification systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships and provide support to field offices,
agencies, and financial institutions
Train financial institution personnel on web-based applications and
procedures
Respond to inquiries regarding the AVS Programs and log all
interactions in appropriate systems
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma required; College degree preferred
Ability to demonstrate at least 50 words per minute typing
speed
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
Ability to obtain SSA Security Clearance as a condition of
employment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including
occasional overtime
