Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Head of GTM Enablement to lead
sales training and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with
commercial objectives
Design targeted training programs for key sales roles to enhance
skills and performance
Lead a global team to identify skill gaps and implement effective
solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or sales
leadership, focusing on mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales
Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or in sales
ops/enablement
Deep expertise in one or more core GTM disciplines (AE/Ent CSM)
preferred
Strong people management skills with a focus on hiring and
developing talent
Ability to drive strategy and enablement from analysis through
execution and measurement
