Description
Basic Function: Under the general supervision of the Vice President
of Clinical Services; Division Director, provides budgetary,
clinical and administrative direction and oversight to the
Secondary Response Team (SRT) that includes a team of coordinators,
liaisons and case managers, providing guidance and support in their
daily activities.
This role is critical in ensuring that appropriate referrals are
made both within the agency's programming and externally,
facilitating timely and effective linkages to outpatient services
for clients. The manager will promote collaboration among team
members and ensure adherence to best practices in crisis response
and mental health care. The Secondary Response Manager provides
oversight to staff that are engaged in the delivery of behavioral
health services to children, adolescents, families and adults in a
variety of settings including the community, in-home and clinic
setting.

Reports to: Vice President of Clinical Services; Division
Director
Supervises: Secondary Response Team-Leads,
Secondary-Response-Liaisons, Community-Based Clinicians (CBCs),
Secondary-Response Team-Case Managers
Requirements:
Mental/Physical Demands: Ability to conceptualize and solve
practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram or schedule form. While performing the duties of this job,
the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle
or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to
sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The
employee must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Environmental Conditions: The noise level in the work environment
is usually moderate. Duties are performed in a typical office
environment. No unusual or adverse working conditions exist.

Qualifications
Education
Preferred
Masters or better in Psychology or related field.
Experience
Required
Two years clinical staff supervisory experience and meets the
minimum requirements of the Qualified Mental Health Professional
(QMHP). This position requires someone who meets the licensing
requirements in their respective discipline to qualify as a
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA). This position
requires the use of a personal auto, valid driver's license
fingerprinting, and criminal checks.
