• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for certain units.
• BLS - Basic Life Support for all Nursing and Tech positions.
• PALS, NRP, and CHEMO certifications listed as requirements for specific roles.
  • Job Details
  • Sub requirements - Coversheet, resume, primary source verification, skills checklist, BLS and ACLS.
  • *Staff required to wear lead.
  • *Includes weekends and on call. No holidays except for on call.
  • *Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
  • COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
  • RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

    • Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued photo ID. Color or B&W acceptable. Must be clear and legible. Back of card only required if it contains pertinent information.
