Estimated payment breakdown-$1963.00-$2035.00/wk*-$576.00-$648.00
in weekly taxable income-$16.00/hr-$18.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 12
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1387.00

seasonal/annual adjustmentsUnit:-- Pain Medicine:--Invasive-- Shift
: 8hr Day Shift (40)-- Shift Information : 8a-5p-- On-call, Call
Back Requirements : None-- Weekend Rotation : None-- Holiday
requirements : None-- Floating requirements : Yes, South Shore, Oak
Creek, Franklin locations (within 15 minutes)-- JOB DESCRIPTION
Clinic has 4 rooms. Adult patients only - primarily will be head to
toe pain, spinal pain, interventional pain. Traveler can expect to
float to addtional locations (all within 15-minute drive). Any
color scrub acceptable. Free parking available onsite. SCHEDULING:-
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: in basket - any location will do -
Wednesdays - South Shore- Thursdays - Oak Creek and Franklin
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: - 1 year Clinic RN experience - active RN
license (WI or compact)- acttive BLS (AHA)- EPIC experienceTraveler
should be comfortable with In-Basket , phone calls, triaging,
placing orders, vital signs, assisting with in office
injections.Position: RNSpecialty/Modality:
RN-Medical-SurgicalLicenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life
Support), State License-RN-WisconsinPhysical Abilities: From
