support clients in utilizing construction management software
effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and configure the platform for client
needs
Manage a portfolio of customers to enhance their software usage and
processes
Conduct training sessions and gather customer feedback for product
improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional construction experience, ideally in both
field and office roles
Basic understanding of the construction process from design to
completion
Knowledge of how different parties in a construction project
interact
Ability to brainstorm creative solutions for client issues
Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment
