A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop dashboards and
client reporting
Drive automation of data reporting and operational workflows to
enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of
analytical reporting and best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
discipline
5+ years of experience in operational analysis or a similar
role
2+ years of experience leading a high-performing team
Strong proficiency in data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel,
SQL)
Background in change management with the ability to lead automation
projects
