view the opportunity below.Manage and develop a portfolio of
business banking relationships with revenue up to $5MM while
ensuring retention of client assets and fostering net growth.
Collaborate with internal partners and branch territories to
cultivate new business relationships and prospects. Drive growth
and development of the business banking portfolio and market share
by selling and cross-selling products to existing clients and
prospects. Facilitate the referral of appropriate customers to
cross-sell partners.This person will also:
- Ensure compliance with credit policy, procedure, business
strategy, and regulatory guidelines for portfolio administration
and risk management.
- Drive loan and deposit growth through client portfolio, centers
of influence, and proactive measures. Conduct client and prospect
calling activities via telephone, in-person visits, and
collaboration with internal partners.
- Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell bank products
and services, emphasizing non-borrowing services, to existing
clients and prospects.
- Develop commercial banking relationships by analyzing financial
data to determine loan request merits and recommend structure.
- Provide financial advice and counsel regarding business and
banking trends.
- Make loan presentations and participate in the loan approval
process, recommending appropriate credit structure.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to partners within and
across lines of business.
- Participate in community and business functions/groups to
enhance the bank's image and establish referral contacts within the
community. Serve on relevant boards as applicable.Review the

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
RequiredExperience
- 2-4 years of Commercial banking or business to business sales
and business development skills. Knowledge of non-borrowing
products, past track records of sales and client management
success. RequiredLicenses and Certifications
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to
lawfully drive self, if applicable by start date. RequiredIn
