Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery to
oversee customer deployments and ensure high levels of
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple service delivery projects from initiation
to completion
Collaborate with clients to define project goals and establish
success metrics
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates
to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related
field
5+ years of project management experience in a managed services or
cyber service delivery environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile,
Waterfall, etc.)
Proven experience managing technical service delivery projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
