Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Account
Management to drive revenue growth and lead a team of Strategic
Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop Strategic Account Managers to meet targets
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Enterprise and
Strategic accounts
Assist in contract negotiations and ensure favorable agreements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of sales management
experience
Industry knowledge in human resources software/e-learning
Proven ability to hire, train, and coach sales/account
executives
Demonstrated success in closing business and achieving quotas
