an Associate Brand Manageryou will facilitate key initiatives
related to marketing planning and execution for one of
Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands, as well as overall execution and
results delivery for the Kimberly-Clark North America business
unit. This role will report to a Senior Brand Manager and key
customers include brand, sector and business unit management,
R&E, customer development, design, agency partners, and product
supply teams.In this role you will:
- Provide project and/or marketing support on key initiatives to
help sustainably grow the brand's marketplace position (e.g. new
product launches, pricing initiatives, etc.)
- Analyze consumer data, market share and sales reports to
understand brand performance, product health and to track progress
against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for
marketing program
- Create compelling stories and make sound recommendations about
the brand, competitive, category, customer, or consumer trends to
enhance the brands equity and market performance
- Actively conduct both basic and in-depth analysis to identify
problems, find trends, develop hypothesis, and drive the
organization towards decisions to strengthen the brands plan
- Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper
insights
- Work closely with strategic customer teams to build and
implement distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising
strategies and plans
- Executes annual business and marketing plans that deliver
financial objectives
- Actively participate in the execution of brand commercial
programs
- Using business acumen in conjunction with marketing competency
to influence projects cross-functionally** NOTE - Interviews for

need the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in marketing.
- 2+ years of previous business experience.
- Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel,
Power Point).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about driving brand growth by better meeting
consumer needs.
- Must be self-driven, not deadline driven.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g finance,
operations, planning).
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now
or in the future. Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with emphasis in Marketing - Grad date range: May/June
2025
- Previous marketing internship experience at a Fortune 500 CPG
