Job Description:
A company is looking for a TSO Director specializing in tax
services related to Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage M&A tax engagements and due diligence
projects
Conduct technical reviews of tax filings and provide structuring
advice
Direct and coach staff while pursuing business development
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree in Taxation
preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a public accounting firm
At least 2 years of experience in M&A tax due diligence and
deal structuring
CPA certification is required
Significant experience with various types of entity taxes
